WARNING: Students Who Force 3rd Grade Boys To Perform Oral Sex On Them Might Be Suspended for 10 Days!!!

homeschooler rights

So forcible oral rape of a 3rd grade boy in school isn’t a reason for criminal charges like forgetting and leaving your legally owned gun in the car after using it for target practice or exploding a pop bottle on school grounds when trying a science experiment.

Nope. Forcible oral rape of a minor in a public school gets you 10 days suspension… only a few days longer than the kid who accidentally ate his pop tart into the shape of a gun.

Meanwhile people who homeschool their children so that they don’t have to put up with all of the insanity are persecuted and considered terrorists by the government.

Makes total sense :/

Third Grade Boy Forced to Perform Oral Sex On Other Students

By Matt Liponoga | June 1, 2013 – 9:42 pm | News

We all know that school systems are becoming worse and worse. From the unwarranted suspensions we’ve all heard of, to the fact that our testing scores hasn’t improved in 40 years. So this story doesn’t come as much of a surprise but I would recommend looking into alternatives if you haven’t already.

The 8-year-old boy was waiting in the hall after lunch, ready to attend his next class. Without warning, a fifth-grader and two third-graders grabbed the boy and, as he screamed futilely for help, dragged him into a bathroom stall. Once there, they pinned his arms behind his back, forced him to his knees, pulled down their pants, and demanded that he perform oral sex on him.

After what happened, the little boy was left in the bathroom and then went to his teacher to report what had happened. The teacher notified the principal who called the mother of the young boy and said, ““I don’t know how to explain this to you, but your son was in the bathroom and was forced to perform oral sex on three boys.”

This was not the first time that the fifth-grader had sexually assaulted someone. During the 2009-2010 school year, he touched a third-grade girl under her skirt. Charyn Koppelson, who was principal then, did nothing to discipline the boy.

After this incident the fifth grader was suspended for 10 days and the two others involved were given a 5 day suspension. It probably sounds like a vacation to these kids after such a heinous act.

Since the incident happened, the mother has filed a $6 million lawsuit against the State of New York’s Education System. She says, “He would wake up in the middle of the night screaming and crying. My son was a very joyful, loving little boy, and the next few weeks after that he would just sit down and stare at the wall. He never stepped foot inside that school ever again.”

We wish the family the best of luck both in the lawsuit and the recovery of the young boy. This should have never happened, and it is time we stop turning our children over to the state and pretending like they will be taken care of.

Toy Gun The Size of a Quarter Causes Disturbance On Palmer Elementary School Bus

Has the whole world gone mad? Or is it just me?

How much damage can a toy Lego gun do?

Shouldn’t we just start arresting all children at the age of 6 and putting them in prison arbitrarily? I mean, they might as well get used to it, right? If this is what their life is going to be like.

Toy Gun The Size of a Quarter Causes Disturbance On Palmer Elementary School Bus

PALMER, Mass. (WGGB) — A plastic Lego sized gun caused a disturbance on a Old Mill Pond Elementary School bus Friday morning.

Mieke Crane is the mother of the six-year-old kindergarten student who brought the gun on the bus.

“I think they over-reacted totally. I totally do,” said Crane.

Another student on the bus saw the toy and yelled to the driver.

“She said he caused quite a disturbance on the bus and that the children were traumatized,” said Crane.

The school sent home a letter to parents of students who take the bus explaining what happened. It stressed no gun was on the bus and there was never any danger.

The letter also has photo of the toy showing it’s actual size, which is slightly larger than a quarter.

“I could see if it was you know, an air soft gun or some sort of pistol or live bullets or something. This is just a toy,” said Crane.

The other student, who yelled about seeing the gun, also had to apologize.

Crane and that student’s mother, who did not go on camera, think this is sending the wrong message. The two agree speaking up is what the students are trained to do if they see something wrong like a gun.

Meantime, Crane says her son knows guns are bad and that they shouldn’t be in school.

“At six-years-old. I don’t really think he understood the zero tolerance policy and related it to this as the same,” said Crane.

If you don’t think like the crowd, it’s not called “Independent Thought” – it’s a mental illness

government power - attracts corruption

You heard right. If you question your government, think differently from the crowd, don’t just go along to get along… in fact, if you aren’t just a lazy thinker and a zombie, it’s probably an illness… a really MENTAL one.

If your local government says, “We are going to double  your taxes and put you in jail if you don’t pay.” Then you better just say, “Yes, Sir!” and pay up. If your government convinces enough citizens that no one should own any property and it’s all for the greater good, then you shouldn’t really think any differently from them. If you do, it’s because you’re sick in the head, not them. No matter what they do, they are right and you are wrong if you disagree.

For instance… NOW its OK to say that the IRS was targeting people who opposed the current administration. It’s OK because now the media says it so it must be true. However BEFORE it was public knowledge and on the news every day, if you had said the same thing then, it was because you were mental.

When you thought that the government sponsored terror before anyone else did, that was a mental illness. But NOW you can say that it might be true because Benghazi. Now you are not mental for thinking the same thing you thought before because now some higher profile people think it.

Here’s an article from Off The Grid News that explains this extremely odd type of illness that changes depending on what everyone else thinks in much greater detail:

If you don’t think like the crowd, it’s not called “Independent Thought” – it’s a mental illness.

Is nonconformity and freethinking a mental illness? According to the newest addition of the DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), it certainly is. The manual identifies a new mental illness called “oppositional defiant disorder” or ODD. Defined as an “ongoing pattern of disobedient, hostile and defiant behavior,” symptoms include questioning authority, negativity, defiance, argumentativeness, and being easily annoyed.

The DSM-IV is the manual used by psychiatrists to diagnose mental illnesses and, with each new edition, there are scores of new mental illnesses. Are we becoming sicker? Is it getting harder to be mentally healthy? Authors of the DSM-IV say that it’s because they’re better able to identify these illnesses today. Critics charge that it’s because they have too much time on their hands.

New mental illnesses identified by the DSM-IV include arrogance, narcissism, above-average creativity, cynicism, and antisocial behavior. In the past, these were called “personality traits,” but now they’re diseases.

And there are treatments available.

All of this is a symptom of our over-diagnosing and overmedicating culture. In the last 50 years, the DSM-IV has gone from 130 to 357 mental illnesses. A majority of these illnesses afflict children. Although the manual is an important diagnostic tool for the psychiatric industry, it has also been responsible for social changes. The rise in ADD, bipolar disorder, and depression in children has been largely because of the manual’s identifying certain behaviors as symptoms. A Washington Post article observed that, if Mozart were born today, he would be diagnosed with ADD and “medicated into barren normality.”

According to the DSM-IV, the diagnosis guidelines for identifying oppositional defiant disorder are for children, but adults can just as easily suffer from the disease. This should give any freethinking American reason for worry.

The Soviet Union used new “mental illnesses” for political repression. People who didn’t accept the beliefs of the Communist Party developed a new type of schizophrenia. They suffered from the delusion of believing communism was wrong. They were isolated, forcefully medicated, and put through repressive “therapy” to bring them back to sanity.

When the last edition of the DSM-IV was published, identifying the symptoms of various mental illnesses in children, there was a jump in the diagnosis and medication of children. Some states have laws that allow protective agencies to forcibly medicate, and even make it a punishable crime to withhold medication. This paints a chilling picture for those of us who are nonconformists.

Although the authors of the manual claim no ulterior motives but simply better diagnostic practices, the labeling of freethinking and nonconformity as mental illnesses has a lot of potential for abuse. It can easily become a weapon in the arsenal of a repressive state.
