Police Raid Wrong Home – Shoot Army Vets Dog | “Oops. My bad.”

Another day, another… wrong door raid where police shoot an unarmed man’s tied- up dog and then walk away like nothing happened pending “investigation”.

Nothing generally comes of these investigations. Often officers are put on administrative leave while they are investigated for a couple of months and then put back to work. This seriously happens about every month in the United States. You may not have any family affected by it yet, but as it keeps happening more and more frequently, you probably will.

If it were only pets, it wouldn’t be QUITE as traumatic and terrifying, but sometimes people are wrongly shot and killed during these raids that make us SOOO much safer. It is obvious that the frequency in which wrong door raids end up killing innocent people indicates that these raids should be illegal to begin with. Is there any justification for “law enforcement” to barge into a home, especially at night, where no violent or imminently threatening crime is taking place?

With places like New York making it a crime to “annoy” police, I am sure that we will be hearing more witness testimony that the police couldn’t avoid shooting someone because they were being antagonistic…

Americans need to rise up and put a stop to the abuse that is blatantly going on all around them every day before it is literally too late.

Police Raid Wrong Home – Shoot Army Vets Dog | “Oops. My bad.”

BUFFALO, NY — Adam Arroyo returned home from work to find his door busted down, and his apartment in shambles, riddled with bullet holes, and stained with blood. The government had paid him a visit while he was away.

Police were performing one of the many, many home raids that occur annually in the tyrannical Drug War.

Arroyo’s dog, Cindy, had been killed by police. But police raided the wrong home.

“She’s over here, chained up, and look at all these bullet holes man. Look at the blood right here,” Arroyo explained. “She was tied up in the kitchen like I tie her up every single day, and they shot her for no reason.”

“For police to wrongfully come into my house and murder my dog… It wasn’t that they felt threatened. No. They murdered my dog,” said Arroyo, beginning to tear up.

“That was my dog, man. That was my dog. They didn’t have to do that, you know. They didn’t have to do that.”

Arroyo now has to pay to have Cindy cremated. He also had to repair his door at his own cost and has had to miss work.

Detroit Cop Goes on Trial for Killing 7-Year-Old Girl | Stop SWAT Style Raids NOW!

Detroit Cop Goes on Trial for Killing 7-Year-Old Girl

Published time: May 29, 2013 16:36

A Detroit police officer charged with fatally shooting a 7-year-old girl while she was asleep on her couch will stand trial in June. The fatal gunshot was recorded by a reality TV crew, which was filming an episode of “The First 48.”

Aiyana Stanley-Jones, a 7-year-old girl from Detroit, was shot in the head while a SWAT team conducted a midnight raid of her two-story home, tossed a flash grenade through a window, fired the bullet that killed her, and burst through the front door on May 16, 2010.

Police officers were searching for a murder suspect accused of killing a 17-year-old boy and were accompanied by a camera crew recording the raid for a reality A&E TV show called “The First 48” – a show that closely resembles “Cops”. The TV show tracks murder investigations in the immediate aftermath of a slaying, and provides viewers with real-life police drama.

But that quest for drama overstepped its boundaries on that fatal night three years ago. Officer Joseph Weekley, a then-member of the Detroit Police Special Response Team, was carrying the gun that shot that little girl. Police claim that the weapon accidentally discharged after Weekley bumped into the girl’s grandmother. But if convicted of involuntary manslaughter, Weekley could face a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

The cop has been accused of acting with gross negligence by failing to prevent his gun from firing. The victim was one of four young children that were in the home at the time of the raid. Video footage gathered by the A&E camera crew will serve as evidence in the case, but videographer Allison Howard is also facing charges. The camerawoman was indicted on perjury and obstruction of justice charges after she was accused of withholding crucial video footage from authorities, while sharing it with unspecified “third parties”.

The shooting, together with the presence of “The First 48” camera crew, shocked and outraged Detroit residents and prompted Mayor Dave Bing to ban reality TV crews from shadowing police in Detroit.  He also prompted then-Police Chief Warren Evans’ resignation for failing to inform the mayor that he was allowing TV cameras to accompany police raids. Evans was allegedly also planning to partake in a different reality TV show, in which he would be the star, AP reports.

“Police work is not television, and television work is not police work,” Ron Scott, spokesman for Detroit Coalition Against Police Brutality, told AP. “The two combined to make it a horrific night.”

Scott also referred to the raid and the shooting as a “military assault on a private dwelling”.

On Friday, Weekley appeared at a Detroit courthouse to file a motion for dismissal of the case against him. About 30 protesters, led by the victim’s family, gathered at the courthouse, chanting “Justice for Aiyana” and “No Justice, No peace”. Weekley’s motion was dismissed, and a jury for the case will be selected May 29.

“It shouldn’t have taken three years for this to come to justice when a little girl died,” Scott told MLive.

Disabled Woman Beaten for Using Phone While Driving | Called 911 During Beat Down

Disabled woman beated for using cell phone while driving

Gosh, it sure is a good thing that the cops were there to make society safer! This woman could have totally gotten away with it and not been punished for her actions and just continued being a threat to society by talking on the cell phone in a parking lot in her car.

Yes, we definitely need more laws to make society safe. You can see by this example how much safer we all should feel because of laws. Laws protect and govern the subservient masses for their own good so that no one has to think, use good judgement, have discernment, or even common sense. Thank God for laws…

Also, what a great use of taxpayer money. We should definitely pay someone  to beat other people in the face when they misunderstand, and consequently disobey, police officers.

Disabled Woman Beaten for Using Phone While Driving | Called 911 During Beat Down

FEDERAL WAY, WA — Police witnessed Megan Graham parking her car in the lot at her apartment complex. She was allegedly committing the heinous crime of using a cell phone while driving (yes that is actually a crime in some police states).

Graham has cognitive and hearing disabilities and did not understand how things escalated out of hand so quickly. She apparently didn’t hear the officer commanding her to get back in her car and submit.

Graham did not respond to the commands and began walking her dog to a friend’s apartment 30 feet away. She invited the officer to walk with her. That’s when the officer began using physical force, grabbing her arms. Graham thought she was being attacked and pulled away. A beatdown ensued.

“I pulled my arm back, grabbed my phone and called 911 to call for help,” she said. I told the officer I had mental and hearing disabilities, and didn’t understand why he was trying to hurt me.”

The woman begged the 911 dispatcher to send help. The officer can be heard in the recording of the call barking at her to “stop resisting!” as he pounded her face with his fists.

All this for the stupid cell phone law.

Remember folks. Every time you support some Nanny State regulation, criminalizing some arbitrary behavior, you are inviting government agents to chase people down because of it, and beat the crap out of those who do not submit. EVERY LAW is backed by the threat of LETHAL FORCE.
